EUROPEAN GLOBAL COMPACT NETWORKS MET IN BRUSSELS

The Global Compact Network Belgium in cooperation with the United Nations Development Programme and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs arranged the conference “European trends in CSR development: Enhancing cross-border dynamics within the UN Global Compact Local Networks” in Brussels on the 29th of October 2010 in the ING bank premises. 

This conference brought together nearly 100 local and international experts in the area of CSR in Europe, the Western CIS and Caucasus. Panellists from the private sector, academia, civil society, government and international organizations discussed about the development of CSR in Europe and Global Compact.

Timo Vuori, Focal Point of Global Compact Nordic Network attended the conference and gave jeynote on the behalf of Nordic network.
